1. Steel Cutting & Classification
Recycled railway steel is precisely cut according to model size and target weight. Each billet is sorted to ensure uniform material quality and consistent forging performance.
2. Heating & Forging Forming
The selected steel billets are heated in a high-temperature furnace and forged into shape. This process refines the grain structure, increasing the hoe’s strength and resilience.
3. Trimming & Final Shaping
After forging, the excess edges are trimmed and the head is pressed to its final form. This step ensures dimensional accuracy, balanced geometry, and a smooth, even surface.
4. Grinding & Edge Sharpening
Each hoe is manually ground and sharpened to a consistent edge angle, providing a clean cutting surface that performs efficiently across various soil and terrain types.
5. Painting & Anti-Rust Treatment
