Forged from Railway Steel
Made from recycled high-carbon manganese steel — the same material once used in heavy rail tracks — offering exceptional toughness, tensile strength, and impact resistance.
Main
Precision Heat Treatment
Each head is quenched and tempered under strict temperature control to achieve the perfect balance between hardness and flexibility, preventing cracks or deformation under pressure.
Optimized Weight Balance
Perfectly balanced for smoother swing motion, reducing user fatigue while enhancing strength, control, and efficiency during continuous operation.
Reinforced Handle Options
Equipped with wooden, plastic, or fiberglass handles, ergonomically designed for comfort, secure grip, and outstanding durability under daily use.
From Rail to Tool — Our Forging Journey
Every SEGI TOOLS pickaxe is born from a disciplined six-step forging process that transforms heavy railway steel into reliable hand tools ready for export.

1.Railway Steel Cutting
Old railway steel is carefully cut into specific sizes and weights according to each pickaxe model, ensuring precise material allocation for forging.

2.Heating
The steel blocks are heated in a high-temperature furnace until they reach forging temperature, preparing the metal for shaping and refining its internal structure.

3.Rolling & Forging
Heated billets are hammered and rolled into shape using power forging machines, producing a dense and uniform metal grain for maximum strength.

4.Trimming & Press Forming
Excess edges are trimmed, and the head is press-formed to its final profile, achieving clean contours and balanced geometry for consistent performance.

5.Polishing & Surface Coating
Each forged head is polished to a smooth finish, then coated with anti-rust paint or plastic spray for corrosion protection and enhanced appearance.

6. Assembly & Packaging
Handles are fitted and secured, followed by weight and balance testing. The finished pickaxes are packed in export cartons or bundled for shipment.
Every SEGI TOOLS pickaxe is forged step by step with precision — transforming railway steel into tools built for strength, endurance, and global performance.
